רשימתי היא אפליקציית תזכורות, משימות ורשימות בעברית ובאנגלית, שנבנתה לחיים בישראל: תזכורות חכמות עם חזרתיות, רשימות קניות ומשימות, רשימות משותפות למשפחה בזמן אמת, תאריך עברי וזמני הלכה (כניסת ויציאת שבת), מצב מילואים, וסנכרון דו-כיווני ליומן Google. חינם להורדה — לאנדרואיד ולמחשב.

רשימתי מציגה את התאריך העברי לצד הלועזי בכל מסך, וזמני הלכה לפי המיקום שלך — כניסת שבת (הדלקת נרות), יציאת שבת, זריחה, שקיעה ותזכורת לפני השקיעה. אפשר גם להפעיל השתקה אוטומטית של התראות בכל שבת וחג מבלי לעשות שום פעולה.

פותחים רשימה, לוחצים שיתוף ומקבלים קוד הזמנה. בני המשפחה מצטרפים עם הקוד, וכל שינוי מתעדכן אצל כולם בזמן אמת — מי הוסיף פריט, מי סימן שנקנה ומי מחק. השיתוף החי הוא חלק ממנוי Premium; ההצטרפות לרשימה משותפת חינמית לכולם. מתאים לרשימת קניות שבועית של המשפחה, לרשימת מכולת לפני שבת, או לרשימת אריזה למילואים.

מצב מילואים מקפיא את כל התזכורות בלחיצה אחת לתקופת השירות, כך שלא מקבלים התראות בשטח, והן חוזרות אוטומטית מהרגע שמכבים אותו. אפשר לשתף את המצב עם בן/בת הזוג. בתוך המצב יש גם מחשבון מענק מילואים שנותן אומדן מהיר ולא מחייב של התשלום: בוחרים מדרג פעילות יחידה, מזינים ימים מצטברים ושכר חודשי ברוטו, ומסמנים שכיר/עצמאי, לוחם/לא-לוחם, שגרה/חירום (צו 8) וילד מתחת לגיל 14 — והוא מעריך תגמול בסיסי, מענק שנתי נוסף, תגמול מיוחד ומענקי "חרבות ברזל". הסכום הקובע נקבע על-ידי הביטוח הלאומי וצה״ל בלבד, ולחישוב הרשמי יש את מחשבון שירות המילואים של ביטוח לאומי ואת מחשבון צה״ל. המסך הוא "מצב מילואים" כברירת מחדל, והופך ל"מצב חופשה" כשמגדירים את המטבע ל-$ (דולר).

רשימתי נבנתה לעברית ולחיים בישראל, ולא תורגמה משם. בפועל זה אומר: תאריך עברי וזמני שבת אוטומטיים, מצב מילואים, חזרתיות לפי הלוח העברי (ראש חודש, יום הולדת עברי, יארצייט), רשימת קניות עם מעל 100,000 מוצרים ישראליים והשלמה אוטומטית, ורשימות משותפות למשפחה בזמן אמת — דברים שאין ב-Google Tasks או ב-Todoist. בנוסף, ממשק RTL אמיתי וסנכרון דו-כיווני ליומן Google בחינם.

יש אפליקציית ווב בכתובת reshimati.co.il/app שעובדת בכל דפדפן ומסתנכרנת דו-כיווני עם אפליקציית האנדרואיד. נכנסים עם אותו חשבון Google — והרשימות, ההגדרות והקטגוריות נשארות זהות בין הטלפון למחשב, ללא צורך בייצוא/ייבוא. הגישה מהמחשב והסנכרון בענן בין מכשירים כלולים במנוי Premium.

ברשימתי אפשר להגדיר תזכורת שחוזרת לפי הלוח העברי — יום הולדת עברי, יארצייט, ראש חודש או דפוס מותאם אישית — והאפליקציה מחשבת בעצמה את התאריך הלועזי בכל שנה. כך התזכורת מגיעה בדיוק בתאריך העברי הנכון, גם כשהוא נופל על יום שונה בלוח הלועזי משנה לשנה.

מתחברים פעם אחת לחשבון Google ומפעילים את סנכרון היומן בהגדרות ← חשבון, ומאז הסנכרון דו-כיווני וחינמי: כל תזכורת חדשה ברשימתי נכתבת אוטומטית כאירוע ב-Google Calendar, וכל אירוע מהיומן הקיים שלך מוצג במסך הלוח של האפליקציה. אפשר לכבות בכל רגע מהגדרות ← חשבון.

כן. רשימתי שומרת את כל הנתונים מקומית במכשיר, כך שאפשר להוסיף תזכורות, לסמן פריטים ברשימת קניות ולערוך משימות גם ללא חיבור לאינטרנט. הסנכרון לענן מתעדכן אוטומטית ברגע שהחיבור חוזר — שום פעולה לא הולכת לאיבוד.

לשונית "הוצאות" נפתחת על מאזן חודשי גדול וברור בראש המסך — ההכנסות פחות ההוצאות במבט אחד — ומתחתיו פירוט לפי קטגוריות, התקציבים שלכם וחלוקת חשבון. רושמים הוצאה או הכנסה בכמה הקשות — סכום, קטגוריה ותאריך. אפשר לקבוע תקציב חודשי לכל קטגוריה ולראות כמה נשאר, וגם לחלק חשבון בין כמה אנשים. הכל זמין גם בטלפון וגם בגרסת האינטרנט במחשב ומסתנכרן ביניהם דרך החשבון. בפרימיום נפתחים גם כלים מתקדמים: שיתוף התקציב הראשי עם בן/בת הזוג בקוד חד-פעמי בן 8 תווים — יצירת הקוד היא פרימיום, ההצטרפות עם הקוד חינמית, ההיסטוריות מתמזגות לתקציב משק-בית אחד וכל תנועה מציגה מי הוסיף אותה ומי ערך או מחק אותה לאחרונה — וגם גרף מגמת הוצאות רב-חודשי, ייצוא ל-Excel/CSV ודוח חודשי לשיתוף. הרשומות הן לתכנון תקציב בלבד — רשימתי אינה מתחברת לבנק או לכרטיס האשראי.

נכנסים ללשונית 'הוצאות', פותחים את הכלים המתקדמים ובוחרים 'שיתוף התקציב הראשי'. האפליקציה יוצרת קוד חד-פעמי בן 8 תווים שתקף ל-48 שעות; שולחים אותו לבן/בת הזוג והם מזינים אותו באפליקציה שלהם — שיתוף התקציב בקוד בלבד, בלי קישור. ברגע ההצטרפות ההיסטוריות של שניכם מתמזגות לתקציב משק-בית אחד, היעדים החודשיים מתמזגים ליעד אחד לכל קטגוריה, וכל תנועה מציגה מי הוסיף אותה ומי ערך או מחק אותה לאחרונה. אפשר גם לקבל התראה כשבן/בת הזוג מוסיפים, עורכים או מוחקים תנועה — המתג בהגדרות ← התראות, דולק כברירת מחדל. יצירת הקוד היא חלק מפרימיום; ההצטרפות עם הקוד חינמית. אם המטבע של המצטרף שונה משל המשתף, ההצטרפות נחסמת עם הסבר.

לא. יצירת קוד השיתוף לתקציב הראשי היא תכונת פרימיום, אבל ההצטרפות עם הקוד חינמית לגמרי — המצטרף מקבל סנכרון של נתוני הכספים המשותפים גם ללא מנוי. הקוד חד-פעמי, בן 8 תווים, ותוקפו 48 שעות.

רשימתי משווה מחירים על בסיס נתוני שקיפות המחירים שהרשתות בישראל מחויבות לפרסם בחוק, ומכסה 26 רשתות מזון גדולות. המחירים נאספים מכ-1,800 סניפים של הרשתות ומתעדכנים מדי יום, גם למוצרים ארוזים (מחיר לאריזה) וגם לפירות, ירקות ומוצרים שקילים (מחיר לק״ג). ההשוואה מבוססת על ברקוד מדויק: כשמוסיפים מוצר לרשימה או סורקים את הברקוד שלו, רשימתי מתאימה בדיוק את אותו פריט בין הרשתות ומראה איפה הוא זול יותר. כל פורמט של רשת מוצג בשמו המלא — למשל שופרסל דיל בנפרד משופרסל שלי — והמחיר שמוצג הוא המחיר האמיתי כולל מבצעים פעילים כמו '3 ב-10' ומחיר מועדון. כך רואים את מה שבאמת משלמים בקופה לפני שיוצאים לקנייה, ללא חיפושים ידניים בכמה אתרים.

כי לרשתות הגדולות יש כמה פורמטים עם מחירון שונה — למשל שופרסל דיל, שופרסל שלי ושופרסל אקספרס — ורשימתי מציגה כל פורמט בשמו המלא ובשורה נפרדת. כך משווים מול הפורמט שבו אתם באמת קונים, בלי לערבב מחיר של פורמט זול עם פורמט יקר של אותה רשת.

כן. כל שורת מחיר ברשימה ובהשוואה מציגה את המחיר האמיתי כולל מבצעים פעילים — הנחת אחוזים, מחיר קבוע, '3 ב-10' ומחיר מועדון — על בסיס מאגר שקיפות המחירים, בכל 26 הרשתות. מבצע שפג תוקפו יורד מהתצוגה אוטומטית.

לא. סורק הברקוד ברשימתי משתמש ב-Code Scanner המובנה של Google שרץ במכשיר עצמו, ולכן אינו דורש הרשאת מצלמה מהאפליקציה ואינו שולח תמונות לשום שרת. סורקים את הברקוד של המוצר, רשימתי מזהה אותו ומוסיפה אותו לרשימה עם השוואת המחיר — בלי לאשר גישה למצלמה.

עגלה חכמה היא דרך לסרוק מוצרים תוך כדי קנייה בחנות: כל מוצר שסורקים נכנס לעגלה ורואים סכום משוער מתעדכן בכל רגע, מבוסס על נתוני שקיפות המחירים. ברקוד שלא מזוהה — מקלידים מחיר ידני, וכמות מגדילים בסריקה חוזרת או בכפתורי +/−. אם העגלה מקושרת לרשימת קניות, פריטים תואמים מסומנים אוטומטית כנקנו. בסיום אפשר לשמור את העגלה וגם לרשום אותה כהוצאה בלשונית ההוצאות. הסריקה, הסכום המתעדכן ובחירת רשת ידנית הם חינמיים. השוואת כל הסל בין הרשתות (כמה אותו סל היה עולה ברשתות אחרות ובחירת "הזולה ביותר") וזיהוי אוטומטי של הסניף שאתם עומדים בו לפי מיקום — כדי לתמחר מיד לפי אותו סניף — הם תכונות Premium. נתוני המחירים לישראל בלבד, וסריקת הברקוד אינה דורשת הרשאת מצלמה. אפשר גם להצמיד למסך הבית את ווידג'ט 'סריקת סל בחנות' — כפתור שקופץ ישר למסך סריקת הסל. נמצא בלשונית 'הוצאות' (זמין כשהמטבע מוגדר ל-₪).

חיסכון חכם הוא מקבץ כלים שעוזרים לקנות בזול יותר, ולכל אחד יש מתג הפעלה נפרד. בדיקת "מחיר טוב?" בזמן סריקת ברקוד — שמראה מיד אם המחיר משתלם — והתראות ירידת מחיר הן חינמיות. "סל חכם", שמחשב איזו רשת הכי זולה לכל הסל שלך יחד ולא רק לפריט בודד, הוא תכונת Premium. אפשר להדליק רק את מה שרוצים.

כן. התראות ירידת המחיר ורשימת המוצרים שאתה עוקב אחריהם נשמרות מקומית במכשיר בלבד ואינן נשלחות לשרת. רשימתי בודקת את המחירים ומתריעה ישירות במכשיר, כך שמה שמעניין אותך לקנות נשאר פרטי אצלך.

זיהוי המוצר לפי ברקוד והצגת מחיר משוער עובדים בכל העולם דרך מאגר Open Food Facts, כך שגם בחו"ל אפשר לסרוק מוצר ולקבל את שמו ואומדן מחיר. השוואת המחירים המלאה בין רשתות זמינה בישראל בלבד, מפני שהיא נשענת על נתוני שקיפות המחירים שמחויבים בחוק הישראלי — נתונים שאין מקבילה רשמית להם בחו"ל. בנוסף, כשמגדירים את המטבע ל-$ (דולר) מוצגות הערכות מחיר בדולרים המותאמות לארה"ב, ומחשבוני המס מוחלפים במחשבון מס פדרלי אמריקאי ובמחשבון מענק עבודה אמריקאי (US EITC).

בלשונית 'הכנסות' יש בודק החזר מס שעוזר להעריך אם מגיע לך החזר ממס הכנסה — למשל אם החלפת עבודה במהלך השנה, לא נוצלו כל נקודות הזיכוי, היו הפקדות לפנסיה או תרומות מוכרות. בדיקת החזר המס כלולה במנוי Premium. זהו כלי עזר שנותן אומדן ראשוני בלבד; הוא אינו מגיש בקשה עבורך ואינו תחליף לבדיקה מול רשות המסים או יועץ מס.

מעשר כספים הוא מתג יהדות אופציונלי (כבוי כברירת מחדל) שעוזר למי שנוהג להפריש חלק מהכנסותיו לצדקה לעקוב אחרי הסכום. כשמפעילים אותו, רשימתי מחשבת מדי חודש את סכום המעשר לפי ההכנסות ורושמת אותו אוטומטית כהוצאה ייעודית — פעם אחת לכל חודש — כך שרואים בקלות כמה הופרש וכמה נותר. זהו כלי עזר לניהול ולמעקב אישי בלבד, ולא פסיקה הלכתית; לשאלות הלכתיות יש לפנות לרב.

Inside the mode there's also a reserve-duty grant estimator that gives a quick, non-binding estimate of your pay: pick your unit-activity grade, enter your cumulative days and monthly gross salary, and mark employee/self-employed, combat/non-combat, routine/emergency (Tzav 8) and a child under 14 — and it estimates the basic compensation, the annual additional grant, special compensation and Swords-of-Iron grants. Reshimati was built for Hebrew and for life in Israel — not translated from elsewhere. In practice that means: automatic Hebrew dates and Shabbat times, a miluim mode, Hebrew-calendar recurrence (Rosh Chodesh, Hebrew birthdays, yahrzeits), a shopping list with over 100,000 Israeli products and autocomplete, and real-time shared family lists — none of which Google Tasks or Todoist offer. Plus a true RTL interface and free two-way Google Calendar sync.

There's a web app at reshimati.co.il/app that runs in any browser and syncs two-way with the Android app. Sign in with the same Google account, and your lists, settings and categories stay identical between phone and computer — no import/export needed. Web access and cloud sync across devices are part of the Premium subscription.

Reshimati lets you set reminders that recur by the Hebrew calendar — Hebrew birthday, yahrzeit, Rosh Chodesh, or a custom pattern — and it computes the Gregorian date for you every year. The reminder lands on the correct Hebrew date even when it falls on a different Gregorian day from one year to the next.

Sign in to your Google account once and turn on calendar sync under Settings → Account, and from then on sync is two-way and free: every new Reshimati reminder is written as an event to Google Calendar, and every existing event from your calendar appears inside the app's calendar screen. You can turn it off any time from Settings → Account.

Yes. Reshimati stores all your data locally on the device, so you can add reminders, check off shopping items and edit tasks even with no internet connection. Cloud sync catches up automatically the moment you're back online — nothing you do is lost.

Reshimati has nine home-screen widgets, all free: 'Today', 'Next reminder', 'This week', a Hebrew date card, 'Shopping list', 'Month balance', 'Shabbat', and two new ones — 'List — week view' and 'Basket scan in-store'. The 'List — week view' widget shows any list you choose (shopping, tasks or any list you created) as its own week view on the home screen — 7 days with only that list's items, today highlighted, and the list's name as the title; add it from inside the list ('Show as week widget') or from the Widgets area in Settings. The 'Basket scan in-store' widget is a dedicated button that jumps straight to the in-store basket-scan screen. You add the other widgets via Settings → Widgets → 'Pin to home screen'.

The Expenses tab opens on a clear monthly balance hero at the top — income minus expenses at a glance — with a category breakdown, your budgets and bill split right below it. You log an expense or income in a few taps — amount, category and date. You can set a monthly budget per category and see how much is left, and split a bill between several people. It's available both on the phone and in the web version, and syncs between them through your account. Premium also unlocks power-tools: sharing the main budget with your partner via a one-time 8-character code — creating the code is Premium, joining with the code is free, the histories merge into one household budget, and every transaction shows who added it and who last edited or deleted it — plus a multi-month spending-trend graph, Excel/CSV export and a shareable monthly report. Entries are for budget planning only — Reshimati does not connect to your bank or credit card.

The app generates a one-time 8-character code valid for 48 hours; send it to your partner and they enter it in their app — budget sharing is by code only, with no link. The moment they join, both histories merge into one household budget, the monthly goals merge into a single goal per category, and every transaction shows who added it and who last edited or deleted it. You can also get a notification whenever your partner adds, edits or deletes a transaction — the toggle is under Settings → Notifications, on by default. Creating the code is part of Premium; joining with the code is free. If the joiner's currency differs from the sharer's, joining is blocked with an explanation.

Shared sync is suspended until the subscription is renewed — nothing is deleted, and everything stays stored on each device; the devices simply stop updating each other. Once Premium is renewed, sync resumes, and the partner can also choose to leave the shared budget at any time.

Deleting a transaction in the Expenses tab first asks for confirmation, and the transaction moves to an archive instead of disappearing: power-tools → Deleted transactions. From there you restore it in one tap, and the restore propagates to all the devices in the shared budget.

Reshimati compares prices using the price-transparency data that Israeli chains are legally required to publish, and it covers 26 major grocery chains. Prices are gathered from about 1,800 of the chains' stores and refreshed daily, for both packaged products (pack price) and loose, weighed produce (₪/kg). The comparison is based on the exact barcode: when you add a product to a list or scan its barcode, Reshimati matches that very same item across the chains and shows you where it's cheaper. Every chain format appears under its full name — for example Shufersal Deal separately from Shufersal Sheli — and the price shown is the real price including active deals such as '3 for 10' and club prices. You see what you'll actually pay at checkout before you head out to shop, with no manual searching across several websites.

Because the big chains run several formats with different price lists — for example Shufersal Deal, Shufersal Sheli and Shufersal Express — and Reshimati shows each format under its full name on its own row. That way you compare against the format you actually shop at, without mixing a chain's cheap format with its expensive one.

No. Reshimati's barcode scanner uses Google's built-in Code Scanner, which runs on the device itself, so it needs no camera permission from the app and sends no images to any server. You scan a product's barcode, Reshimati recognizes it and adds it to your list together with the price comparison — without granting camera access.

Smart Cart lets you scan products as you shop in the store: every item you scan drops into a cart and you see a running estimated total that updates as you go, based on the price-transparency data. If a barcode isn't recognized, you type a manual price; you raise the quantity by scanning again or with +/− buttons. If the cart is linked to a shopping list, matching items are checked off automatically. When you finish, you can save the cart and optionally log it as an expense in the Expenses tab. The scanning, the running total and picking a chain manually are free. Comparing your whole basket across the chains (what the same basket would cost at other chains, and the "cheapest" option) and automatically detecting the branch you're physically standing in by location — to price instantly to that branch — are Premium features. The price data is Israel-only, and the barcode scan needs no camera permission. You can also pin a 'Basket scan in-store' widget to your home screen — a button that jumps straight to the scan screen. You'll find it in the Expenses tab (available when the currency is set to ₪).

Smart Savings is a set of tools that help you shop for less, each with its own on/off toggle (they run on Israeli price-transparency data, so they work in Israel). The "good price?" check while scanning a barcode — which tells you instantly whether the price is worth it — and price-drop alerts are free. "Smart Basket", which calculates which chain is cheapest for your whole basket together rather than just a single item, is a Premium feature. You can turn on only the ones you want.

Yes. Price-drop alerts (an Israel feature — they track the Israeli price feed) and the list of products you're watching are stored locally on the device only and are not sent to any server. Reshimati checks prices and alerts you right on the device, so what you're interested in buying stays private to you.

Product identity by barcode and an estimated price work worldwide through the Open Food Facts database, so even abroad you can scan a product and get its name and a price estimate. Full cross-chain price comparison is available in Israel only, because it relies on the price-transparency data mandated by Israeli law — data that has no official equivalent abroad. In addition, when the currency is set to $ (USD) you get dollar price estimates tuned to the US, and the tax tools switch to a US federal income-tax calculator and a US EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) calculator.

The Income tab includes a tax-refund checker that helps estimate whether income tax may owe you a refund — for example after changing jobs during the year, unused tax credit points, pension deposits or recognized donations. The tax-refund checker is part of the Premium subscription. It is a helper that gives a first estimate only; it does not file a claim for you and is not a substitute for checking with the Israel Tax Authority or a tax advisor.

The tax & deductions calculator in the Income tab helps you see what happens to a gross salary after deductions: it estimates income tax, National Insurance and health-tax contributions, and factors in tax credit points, to give a quick picture of what's actually left. You can choose one of three modes — employee, self-employed, or both combined, where the self-employed income stacks on top of the salary at the higher marginal tax bracket. It's a budget-planning estimate only — not an official payslip. The binding amounts are set by the Tax Authority and National Insurance. The calculator is part of the Premium subscription.

The work grant — also known as negative income tax — is a payment from the state to employees and self-employed people with low-to-moderate income, subject to age, income and children conditions set in law. The work-grant calculator in the Income tab gives a first estimate of whether you may be eligible and how much, so you can decide whether it's worth applying. It's a budget-planning estimate; eligibility and the binding amount are determined by the Tax Authority only, and you file the claim with them. The calculator is part of the Premium subscription.

Maaser kesafim is an optional Judaism toggle (off by default) that helps people who set aside a portion of their income for charity keep track of the amount. When you turn it on, Reshimati calculates the tithe each month based on your income and logs it automatically as a dedicated expense — once per month — so you can easily see how much was set aside and how much remains. It's a personal tracking and budgeting helper only, not a halachic ruling; for halachic questions consult a rabbi.
