אנו מחויבים להנגיש את שירותי "רשימתי" לכלל המשתמשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלויות. הצהרה זו חלה הן על אפליקציית רשימתי לאנדרואיד והן על אפליקציית הווב והאתר בכתובת reshimati.co.il. ההצהרה נערכה בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013 (תקנה 35279).
1. תקן הנגישות
האפליקציה והאתר נבנו במטרה לעמוד בדרישות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ברמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.1.
אפליקציית הווב בכתובת reshimati.co.il/app נבנתה במטרה לעמוד בת"י 5568 (WCAG 2.x) ברמה AA: כל הפקדים ניתנים להפעלה באמצעות מקלדת, לכל פעולה יש שם נגיש (accessible name), שדות הטופס מקושרים לתוויות שלהם, הודעות סטטוס מוכרזות לקוראי מסך, מיקוד (focus) ויזואלי ברור, וניגודיות טקסט ברמת AA במצב בהיר ובמצב כהה. נבדקה בדפדפני שולחן עבודה עדכניים.
2. אמצעי נגישות שיושמו
- תמיכה מלאה בקוראי מסך, כולל TalkBack של אנדרואיד.
- ניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת ושלט (focus visible).
- תמיכה ב-RTL ו-LTR מלאה.
- ניגודיות צבעים בהתאם ליחס 4.5:1 לפחות.
- תמיכה במצב כהה (Dark Mode) ובהגדלת פונט מערכת.
- תוויות aria ו-accessible labels על כל הכפתורים והשדות.
- הודעות שגיאה ברורות ומוקראות אוטומטית.
- חלופות טקסטואליות לאייקונים.
- נגן הקלטה ברשימת התזכורות — אייקון הפעלה/השהיה מסומן לקוראי מסך עם שני מצבים: "נגן הקלטה" ו"השהה הקלטה", המוקראים אוטומטית בעת שינוי המצב.
- פתיחת קובץ מצורף ישירות מהרשימה — אייקון מתויג ("פתח קובץ מצורף"). אם מצורפים מספר קבצים, נפתח תפריט נגיש עם שמות הקבצים.
- טוקני קטגוריה ויהדות (למשל "יהדות") נפתרים לטקסט עברי קריא בכל מקום שקורא המסך נתקל בהם — בעורך, בויג'טים ובהתראות.
- מסך "כספים" (רישום הוצאות והכנסות, קטגוריות ותקציבים) — שדות הסכום והטופס מקושרים לתוויות נגישות, סוג הרישום (הוצאה / הכנסה) מתויג לקורא המסך, וסכומים מוקראים יחד עם מטבע השקל.
- סורק הברקוד (Google Code Scanner) — כפתור הסריקה מתויג לקורא המסך ("סריקת ברקוד"). הסריקה אינה דורשת הרשאת מצלמה. כחלופה מלאה ניתן תמיד להוסיף מוצר ידנית דרך שדה החיפוש/ההקלדה הנגיש.
- השוואת מחירים וחיסכון חכם — תוצאות ההשוואה ושמות הרשתות מוצגים כטקסט הנקרא לקורא המסך, ומחירים מוקראים יחד עם סימן המטבע.
- עגלה חכמה — כפתורי הסריקה, ההוספה הידנית וכפתורי הכמות מתויגים לקורא המסך, והסכום המשוער מוקרא יחד עם סימן המטבע.
- מחשבוני תכנון התקציב — בדיקת החזר מס, מחשבון מס וניכויים ומענק עבודה (פרימיום), וכן מחשבון מענק מילואים ומעשר כספים (חינם) — שדות הקלט מקושרים לתוויות נגישות, התוצאה והסכום המשוער מוקראים יחד עם סימן המטבע, וכל הסתייגות ("הערכה בלבד") מוצגת כטקסט הנקרא לקורא המסך. מתג היהדות/מעשר מתויג כ-switch נגיש עם מצב מוכרז (דלוק/כבוי).
תפריט הנגישות באתר: באתר מותקן תפריט נגישות הנפתח בלחיצה על סמל הנגישות הקבוע בצד המסך (או באמצעות מקש Tab והקשת Enter). התפריט מאפשר: הגדלה והקטנה של גודל הגופן, ניגודיות גבוהה, היפוך צבעים, תצוגה בגווני אפור, הדגשת קישורים, מעבר לגופן קריא, סמן עכבר גדול, הגדלת ריווח הטקסט, עצירת אנימציות, וכפתור לאיפוס כל ההתאמות. ההעדפות שתבחרו נשמרות בדפדפן ומיושמות אוטומטית בכל ביקור חוזר. האתר אף מכבד אוטומטית את העדפת "הפחתת תנועה" של מערכת ההפעלה. חשוב לדעת: תפריט הנגישות הוא כלי עזר נוסף בלבד — האתר עצמו נבנה להיות נגיש בקוד: ניווט מלא במקלדת, מבנה כותרות תקין, חלופות טקסט לתמונות ותוויות לשדות הטופס.
3. בדיקות שבוצעו
האפליקציה נבדקה ידנית עם TalkBack במכשיר אנדרואיד, וכן עם כלי בדיקה אוטומטיים. הבדיקה בוצעה במכשירי Pixel 8 עם Android 15 ו-Samsung S24 Ultra עם Android 15. גרסה 0.1.14 נבדקה מחדש לגבי אייקוני נגן ופתיחת קובץ ברשימת המשימות המתקדמות. גרסה 0.2.0 נבדקה לגבי מסכי מחשבוני תכנון התקציב החדשים (החזר מס, מס וניכויים, מענק עבודה, מענק מילואים ומעשר כספים): תיוג שדות הקלט, הקראת התוצאה והמטבע, ומצב מתג היהדות/מעשר. גרסה 0.3.0 נבדקה לגבי המסכים החדשים: חלונות השיתוף וההצטרפות של התקציב המשותף, התראות הפעילות בתקציב, ארכיון "תנועות שנמחקו" והשחזור ממנו, ווידג'ט התאריך העברי החדש, חלון "מה חדש" והוספת תזכורת קולית בלחיצה אחת (כפתור המיקרופון מתויג לקורא המסך ומצב ההקלטה מוכרז).
4. מגבלות נגישות ידועות
בשקיפות, להלן רכיבים שעדיין אינם נגישים במלואם, ואשר אנו פועלים לשיפורם:
- בורר חזרה (recurrence picker) — חלק מהשבבים (chips) משתמשים כיום ברכיבים שאינם סמנטיים מלא; ניתן לבצע את אותה הפעולה דרך תפריט החלופי בכפתור "הגדרות מתקדמות".
- הערות קוליות — אינן מתומללות אוטומטית עבור משתמשים כבדי שמיעה. תכונת תמלול אוטומטי בפיתוח.
- אנימציות — חלק מהמעברים אינם מכבדים את העדפת "הפחת תנועה" של המערכת. תיקון מתוכנן.
- בחירת תאריך עברי בלוח השנה (יום הולדת עברי): הבחירה נעשית דרך 3 גלגלים (יום / חודש / שנה). גלגלים אלו תויגו לקורא מסך אך הבדיקה הויזואלית של המסך בקריאת מסך בנגישות מלאה תושלם בגרסאות הקרובות. בינתיים — ניתן להזין יום הולדת לועזי דרך בורר התאריכים הסטנדרטי של אנדרואיד, שהוא נגיש לחלוטין.
- בחירת מסמך לצירוף לתזכורת: נפתח בורר מסמכים מובנה של אנדרואיד (SAF). הבורר מנוהל על ידי מערכת ההפעלה ותוכן הנגישות שלו תלוי בה.
- טוגל "יום שלם" בעורך תזכורות: מוגדר כ-checkbox נגיש. בעת הפעלה — שעת הפתיחה (ברירת מחדל 09:00) מוצגת בכיתוב מתחת לטוגל.
- גודל כפתורי האייקונים בשורת התזכורת (נגן הקלטה, פתיחת קובץ מצורף): 36 פיקסל לפי ברירת המחדל של Material 3. עומד בדרישת WCAG 2.2 SC 2.5.8 (24×24 מינימום), אך מתחת להמלצת 44×44 של SC 2.5.5. הגדלה ל-48 פיקסל מתוכננת בגרסאות הקרובות. כחלופה — ניתן לפתוח את התזכורת ולהשתמש בכפתורי "נגן" ו"קובץ מצורף" בעורך, שגודלם מלא.
- שמירת טיוטה אוטומטית בעורך: שינוי המצב מ"תזכורת חדשה" ל"עריכת תזכורת" אינו מוכרז ישירות על ידי קורא המסך. ניתן להבחין בשינוי על ידי ניווט לכותרת העורך. הוספת live region להכרזה אוטומטית מתוכננת.
- עצירה אוטומטית של הקלטה קולית לאחר 60 שניות: תווית הכפתור מתעדכנת מ"מקליט… הקש לעצירה" ל"הערה קולית מוכנה". הכרזה פעילה (live region) לקורא המסך מתוכננת בגרסאות הקרובות.
- מסך "סידורים לפי מיקום" (מגרסה 0.1.20): בדיקת נגישות מלאה עם TalkBack מתוכננת בגרסאות הקרובות. ניתן להגיע למידע על כל תזכורת עם מיקום גם ממסך הרשימה הראשית, שהוא נגיש לחלוטין.
- אפליקציית הווב (reshimati.co.il/app): מלכודת מיקוד מלאה (focus trap) בחלונות הקופצים והסתרת חלק מהאיורים הדקורטיביים (SVG) מקוראי מסך נמצאות בהשלמה. הדיאלוגים כבר מסומנים כ-role="dialog" עם aria-modal, וניתן לסגור אותם באמצעות המקלדת.

We are committed to making the "Reshimati" service accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This statement covers both the Reshimati Android app and the web app and website at reshimati.co.il. It was prepared in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013 (Regulation 35279).
1. Accessibility Standard
The app and website are designed to meet the Israeli standard SI 5568 Level AA, based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
The web app at reshimati.co.il/app was built to meet SI 5568 (WCAG 2.x) Level AA: all controls are keyboard-operable, every action has an accessible name, form fields are associated with their labels, status messages are announced to screen readers, focus is clearly visible, and text contrast meets AA in both light and dark themes. It was tested in current desktop browsers.
2. Accessibility Features Implemented
- Full support for screen readers, including Android TalkBack.
- Full keyboard and remote navigation with visible focus.
- Full RTL and LTR support.
- Color contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- Dark Mode and system font scaling support.
- ARIA labels and accessible labels on all buttons and fields.
- Clear error messages, automatically announced.
- Text alternatives for icons.
- Voice playback in the reminder list — the play/pause icon is labeled for screen readers with two distinct states ("Play recording" / "Pause recording"), announced automatically on state change.
- Open attachment directly from the list — labeled icon ("Open attachment"). When multiple files are attached, an accessible dropdown lists their names.
- Category and Judaism tokens (e.g. "Judaism") resolve to readable Hebrew text everywhere a screen reader encounters them — editor, widgets and notifications.
- The "Finance" screen (recording expenses and income, categories and budgets) — amount fields and the form are associated with accessible labels, the entry type (expense / income) is labeled for screen readers, and amounts are announced together with the shekel currency.
- Barcode scanner (Google Code Scanner) — the scan button is labeled for screen readers ("Scan barcode"). Scanning requires no camera permission. As a full alternative, you can always add a product manually via the accessible search/type field.
- Price comparison and Smart Savings — comparison results and chain names are presented as text read out by the screen reader, and prices are announced together with the currency sign.
- Smart Cart — the scan, manual-add and quantity buttons are labeled for screen readers, and the estimated total is announced together with the currency sign.
- Budget-planning calculators — Tax-refund check, Tax & deductions calculator and Work grant (EITC) (Premium), plus the Reserve-duty grant calculator and Maaser (tithe) (free) — input fields are associated with accessible labels, the result and estimated amount are announced together with the currency sign, and every disclaimer ("estimate only") is presented as text read out by the screen reader. The Judaism/Maaser toggle is labeled as an accessible switch with its state (on/off) announced.
Accessibility menu on the website: the site includes an accessibility menu, opened by clicking the accessibility icon fixed to the side of the screen (or by pressing Tab to reach it and then Enter). The menu lets you increase and decrease font size, enable high contrast, invert colors, switch to grayscale, highlight links, switch to a readable font, enable a large cursor, increase text spacing, stop animations, and reset all adjustments. Your chosen preferences are saved in your browser and re-applied automatically on every return visit. The site also automatically honors your operating system's "Reduce motion" preference. Please note: the accessibility menu is a supplementary aid only — the website itself is built to be accessible in code: full keyboard navigation, proper heading structure, text alternatives for images, and labels for form fields.
3. Testing Performed
The app was tested manually with TalkBack on an Android device, as well as with automated accessibility tools. Testing was performed on Pixel 8 with Android 15 and Samsung S24 Ultra with Android 15. Version 0.1.14 was re-tested for the new voice and attachment icons on advanced task list rows. Version 0.2.0 was tested for the new budget-planning calculator screens (Tax-refund check, Tax & deductions, Work grant, Reserve-duty grant and Maaser): input-field labeling, announcement of the result and currency, and the Judaism/Maaser toggle state. Version 0.3.0 was tested for the new screens: the shared-budget share and join dialogs, budget activity notifications, the "Deleted transactions" archive and its restore action, the new Hebrew-date home-screen widget, the "What's new" sheet, and the one-tap voice reminder (the microphone button is labeled for screen readers and the recording state is announced).
4. Known Accessibility Limitations
In the spirit of transparency, the following components are not yet fully accessible, and we are working to improve them:
- Recurrence picker — some chips currently use elements that are not fully semantic; the same action can be performed via the alternative menu in the "Advanced settings" button.
- Voice notes — not yet auto-captioned for users who are hard of hearing. Automatic transcription is in development.
- Animations — some transitions do not yet honor the system's "Reduce motion" preference. A fix is planned.
- Hebrew-calendar date picker (Hebrew birthday): selection is made via 3 wheel-pickers (day / month / year). These wheels are labeled for screen readers, but the visual screen-reader accessibility audit will be completed in an upcoming release. In the meantime, you can enter a Gregorian birthday via Android's standard date picker, which is fully accessible.
- Document picker for attaching files to a reminder: opens Android's built-in document picker (SAF). The picker is operated by the OS and its accessibility behavior depends on it.
- "All-day" toggle in the reminder editor: implemented as an accessible checkbox. When enabled, the opening time (default 09:00) is shown in the caption below the toggle.
- Icon-button size in the reminder row (voice player, open attachment): 36dp per Material 3 default. Meets WCAG 2.2 SC 2.5.8 (24×24 minimum) but falls short of the 44×44 recommendation in SC 2.5.5. An increase to 48dp is planned for an upcoming release. As an alternative — open the reminder and use the full-size "Play" and "Attachment" buttons inside the editor.
- Auto-saved draft in the editor: the transition from "New reminder" to "Editing reminder" is not actively announced by the screen reader. The change can be detected by navigating to the editor title. Adding a live region for automatic announcement is planned.
- 60-second voice-recording auto-stop: the button label updates from "Recording… tap to stop" to "Voice note ready". An active live-region announcement for screen readers is planned for an upcoming release.
- "Errands by Location" screen (as of version 0.1.20): full TalkBack accessibility testing is scheduled for an upcoming release. Information on every reminder with a location is also reachable from the main list screen, which is fully accessible.
- Web app (reshimati.co.il/app): a full focus trap in pop-up dialogs and hiding some decorative illustrations (SVG) from screen readers are still being completed. Dialogs are already marked with role="dialog" and aria-modal, and can be dismissed via the keyboard.
